Dear Phoenix at Steamboat Homeowner,

The summer season in Steamboat has come to an end. Beginning October 12th, the pool will be shut down for the fall off season.

The exit of summer ushers in vast uncertainty regarding the winter ski season overall due to COVID-19 complications and restrictions. The ever-changing nature of the pandemic complicates our ability to plan for the operation of The Phoenix amenities through the winter season. We are creating a preliminary operational plan that is subject to change dependent upon all local and state regulations.

I invite you to complete this Owner Survey to provide your feedback on the summer amenity operations and what you would prefer to see as we move into the winter.

The operations of The Phoenix at Steamboat will be tailored according to all public health and executive orders in place from local and state governments. We kindly request you ensure all activities relating to your home are also in compliance.

If you have any questions please reach out to your Property Manager at
